I'm always happy to get all the support I can get. I don't get rid of the flub easily.
I have joined a gym and plan on going 3x weekly starting next week. Its Ladies Express Workout ( a curves spin off) and so far it looks to be just what I need. I've also started to eat healthier .....although portion control is more my problem as well as inactivity. Anyway, look forward to 'hearing' from others who need a swift kick in the derrier.
