and having browsed around, I have decided to do the weight watchers plan. I live in an area that doesn't have weight watchers, and am unable to afford it online. I plan to get recipe books from the library. I am confused about the point thing. How do you know how many points you are allowed each day? and how do you know how many points foods are? I am 225 & 5' 5". Can anyone advise me. I really want to do this & feel it muchbetter than calorie counting which was always my downfall. Felicity
