  • Hi, I'm new. My name is Bridget and I am a food-a-holic! I live in south central PA(anyone near-by???)
    I currently weigh 292lbs and would like to eventually weigh about 140lbs. I don't have a lot of hope of ever seeing that. I have tryed and failed so many times...but here I go again.

  • Bridget, this is my first post to this site, but your message really reminds me of me. I think we are in the same boat. I am 182.8 and trying to get to 135. I have tried and failed many times as well. The way I have my goals set, I am trying to lose a pound a week for about a year. This will put me over my goal. I have found that the key, for me, is accountability. Maybe if we will agree to be accountable ever so often, once a week or maybe once every two weeks to one another, maybe that would help us both. I am going through a program at work where we have to be accountable, and I don't want to be the only one not losing. If you think this might work for you let me know. I would love to find a buddy here to be accountable to. Let me know what you think.
