Hey all!
I have been participating in christmas/holiday challenges and well, holidays are over now! I would like a buddy (or 50 lol) to help hold me accountable for my eating and exercise. I am 25, 5'3 and 133lbs. My goal you can read at the bottom there... I am currently on prednisonse (35mg every second day) so it will make things harder weight loss wise. I am 9 months out from a Stem cell transplant so have not exercise intensly for about a year (for obvious reasons lol)...I have done 45 mins of walking until the middle of november but then the cold hit and I stopped...so yeah thats my story!
Today I made it to the gym!!! woo hooo not as bad as I thought it would be. I pushed myself and did 25 mins of cardio and 1/2 hour of weights!!

wow congrats on the 9months post stem cell, My brother also had that done ..7yrs and counting !~~...
good luck with the weight loss...I know the prednisone thing can rough..but im sure you will beable to accomplish your goals.. and then some!

Hi! I will be your budy! I also have a problem with high impact work outs, I need to get my knees replaces eventually (it's hereditary. Go genetics!) So I have to take it slow, use non impact equipment and such. I do yoga and pilates now instead, and that is working out really well!

I too cannot do high impact stuff due to a knee "replacement" So I do lots of walking and I have started using the elliptical...so far so good. i did pilates (my mom has the windsor pilates series...I liked it!!)
SO how do you want to work this? Want to post our exercise etc here??
