Sorta new- and I need to get my butt in gear.

  • I have been saying this for the last year. I need to lose my last 10-15lbs.
    I can't stnad it. The weight is starting to come back on..

    The thing is I just can't lose it. I have gained 5 lbs in the past 5 months and it has to stop.

    It is just hard to cook for my Dh and 2 girls. They don't like what I like.

    SO please help me. I have been on Sugar Busters & Weight Watchers with success. But I need to do something different. Change it up.

    I was going to the gym for the past 2 years but the weight didn't come off. So I need to do exercise at home.

    I am 38 in a few months I will be 39. I currently weigh 153 I want to be 138-140 by May.

    I need ideas- suggestions- friends to get me motivated and not discourage.

    First off: Come on and join us in the "Week of " thread. That's where we do our chatting!

    Second: I hear you on needing to switch things up. I was doing WW and felt the need for a change. Once I got "off the wagon" I found it impossible to get back on track. I finally started with South Beach and got myself back to loosing wt.

    You will definitely find lots of support here.
