Hope nobody minds if I start this (I didn't see one for the week).
I'm way up after the holidays. 286, 3 lbs more than my start weight. But I'm putting on a smile and getting back to it. After all, this is a new year!


Now I'm working to get it off again. 
Hopefully I'll have something to report by next week... I'm going to head out and buy a scale today!
My immediate aim is 168 which is the point where my BMI dips below 25, but the 100lb mark is well within my sights now, with not much planned in the next few months to distract me from it.
Kind of shocked me but I know it's all this water I've been drinking.
