Yesterday was my first day doing the actual points. I'm allowed 28 points a day. I woke up full from the previous night so I didn't eat until late. I guess I didn't plan things out well and I work 3pm-11:30pm and didn't bring enough food. Around 9pm at night I had a screaming headache and was hungry. I didn't realise I was only at 10 points. I went back to the break room and here sits this cheese cake. I was not going to blow it on my first day. I work at a hospital so there was a full loaf of bread and one of those sample sizes (2 tbs) of peanut butter so I had that and two advil liquid gels. After about an hour I felt better. When I got home and added everything up I realised I ended the day at 16 points. Not good, I know. Today I'm going to go grocery shopping and plan things out more in advance.
There is a learning curve. Hang in there. Also, give yourself a big pat on the back about resisting temptation! That's part of the battle. Give yourself credit! Don't sweat the small stuff. Get up and start again today. You'll do great because you have a positive attitude of getting things done. Thinking about stratagies shows that you are committed.
