  • 10 minutes on the Eliptical

    1 hr water aerobics
  • Tues- 45 min caltentics/ 20 min weights
  • Maybe SB is for me!
    I was going to try the Sonoma Diet because of the wine thing but....I'm too much of a sweet tooth and wine only makes me want it more. A SugarBuster was on the Sonoma Board and kinda made me interested in SB. She said it was a very doable way of eating and at least i could have "pretend" sweets (AKA artificial sweetners)I used to have a SB book. Is there a new one out or anything I must have? I'd like to join ya'll. I joined a belly dance group this winter. One look at myself in the costume kicked me right in the reality. You're not 29 anymore! Yes, ladies 40 is but a year away. Let's make it a Foxy Forty birthday! Help!!!

  • Tuesday: I taught PE all day, and one of my regular art classes. I know now why PE teachers tend towards slimness! I did not go for a walk, but I did go to the store...and my step total for the day was 10,136.
  • Monday, 30 minutes on the bike and TM, 4 minutes on the EFX machine. About 10 minutes on the thigh machine.

    It's touch getting back into the exercise routine, but we can do it.
  • Got in a 1.5 mile walk after school. My steps are at about 10,505 for the day so far....
  • Monday-- Walked 1.5 miles......20 minutes on the stationary bike.

    Tuesday-- 30 minutes upper body on the TBT.

    Wednesday-- Walked 1.5 miles with my Buddy.
  • Thursday-- 30 minutes lower body on the TBT.

    Friday-- 20 minutes stationary bike.
  • Friday, 1 mile/21 min on TM

    Upper & lower body strenghtening on machines at the gym
  • two mile walk- the weather was gorgeous!
