First Monday Menu, 1/2/06

  • So weird typing 2006!


    l: LO tortilla soup, turkey sandwich (not core! )
    s: banana, clementine
    d: grilled chicken, brown rice and veggies
    s: sf/ff pudding or jello
  • Nothing during the day except for protein shakes. Dinner will be fish cooked in foil packets with zucchini, onion and carrots, and a big salad with olive oil and lemon juice dressing.
  • Hmmmm

    Breakfast/brunch: bagel w/smoked salmon, veggies, tea

    Snack: clementines ($4.99 a box on sale here!), yogurt

    Dinner: roast beef, baked potato, brussel sprouts, sauteed mushrooms/onions

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda

    Snack: Clementine

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet (no oil) with mushrooms, turkey sausage (points), avocado and salsa; slice of honeydew and cantaloupe

    Snack: LO Core corncake and one serving dried plums (points)

    Dinner: Springmix salad with red onion, black olives and balsamic vinegar and olive oil; NY Strip Steak, ww angel hair with marinara, fresh broccoli (smart balance (points). We're going to our favorite Italian restaurant that serves lots of Core options. I won't be eating the FREE garlic bread.

    d--ff pizza made with moose burger/bell pepper/onion/jalapenos (3 pts for whole pizza but i think it's prob 2 on core cuz it has ff mozzarella)
    s--peaches/homemade core granola
