My name is Ivana and I need to lose about 120 pounds. I am 37, have 4 kids and am married. I live the Southern California area. I have been needing to lose weight forever and I need to get off my butt and finally do it as I am approaching 40 and it won't be getting any easier. I also need to do this for health/comfort issues. I need a buddy (or several) to keep me accountable. I am just writing down everything I eat and trying to keep my calorie count around 1500 a day. I weighed in this morning at 248
. I should weigh about 125 - 130 because I am only 5'4".
