I agree with mauvaisroux...STOP putting yourselves down!! I mean it! STOP IT!!!! YOU are a human being! YOU deserve to be treated as anyone else! YOU are you! And you're worth it!
You know, it's the fat talking. Yeah, I do not kid ya'. When I was at my heaviest, that's what I would do to myself...convince everyone, including me, I was a slob, not worth waiting on at the stores/resturaunts, ugly, not worth nothing to no one..etc., etc., etc. Of course reality hits you when you realize you need to start not only feeling physically healthier, but feeling mentally healthier. It took me awhile but it changed my life. I have alot of motivation, self-esteem, and have an "I don't care" attitude to those who still sees me as this fat person. There's no such thing as a perfect person. So, let them throw the first stone.
I must say that you coming here is the first step to succeed. Congrats to all!

Make small goals each week, watch portions, drink water, exercise, and always, ALWAYS stay positive. If you have negative thoughts, your self esteem will go into the toilet. LOL!
If you need to talk, I always have a ear to lend and a shoulder to cry on.
