    My name is Jeanette and I am a teenager. Since I was little I have been overweight. It makes me feel very awful inside. That's why I've decided to take control and lose weight. All I ask is some motivation. And encouragement. I will give you the same. Please help me.

    Welcome the the forum, Jeanette. I wish you luck in your goal to be healthier and happier this coming year. Look at your signature, it looks as though we have about the same amount of weight to lose. I'm 18 (yeah so I'm teenager as well ) I'm looking forward to a healthier and happier year and life as well.

    First off, congratulations on starting now to take the journey to a new, fit and healthy you! I wasted a lot of years of my life being morbidly obese. It has kind of become a mission for me to try and help young people avoid making the same mistake I did. If you ever need any help or advice on weight loss, I would be happy to help.
