    hi,i am new and i am on a high protein low carb diet,i have lost 6 pounds in two days and even after cheating on nye i still didn't gain it back!

    Charliekay~ Would you share a bit about your diet plan with me? Your loss is terrific. Are you exercising? If so what type? I am trying to eat low carb, but not sure hopw I'm doing. I have another buddy and we decided that we would only weigh in once a month, what are your thoughts?
