I just started nutrisystems and just found this great website (again found it in 2003 and just found it again). I need help keeeping on track. Is anyone else having a hard time sticking to it? I am the carb queen and find myself cheating with a sweet here and there. I know the only person I am hurting is myself!! Help!!
