Well, if you are me a weigh-in this week is an exercise in futility. Still, Friday is my normal weigh-in day and I don't intend to let this week pass without taking stock.
I am not going to change my ticker this week to reflect my "gain", but I would like to put an unofficial note to myself somewhere to mark where I am this week and to compare it where I will be next week. So this week I am up 4 lbs. By next Friday I hope to be where I was before the holiday got the better of me.
