I am hyperinsulinemic...or pre-diabetic. I am trying to keep my insulin levels under control to avoid developing type II diabetes. Sugarbusters is an excellent plan to follow if you are diabetic. I am not sure if anyone on the board is a diabetic, but I do know they will be more than willing to be as supportive as possible. Come on over to the support thread and check us out!
