Poor Vickie ... I hope it's a better day. I might have a similar experience today though. Check this out.
Breakfast: Diet A&W rootbeer
Lunch: cheese toast (SF bread and FF cheese)
Dinner: LC Margherita pizza -- which is the only thing that remotely sounds good right now.
And lots and lots of water.
Hmm...I love LC Margherita pizza. Kathy are you feeling sick?
I hate to admit it, but I guess I must. I'm doing SF today (but trying to stay close to core for snacks and stuff).

d: tuna noodle casserole (some pts), corn, milk
s: if needed - popcorn
