Not sure where I fit in here. I have been yo-yoing since my DS was born and at my highest ever and am totally disgusted with myself. I have tried everthING, and am successful for a brief time and then it comes back.Did south beach and was successful until I got a hold of a carb and then went crazy. Did WW be stopped journaling and that was it. I am going to try just plain eating well with more fruits and veggies and smaller portions, and start back nto the gym and see where it gets me. So, if anyone needs a buddy or knows where I fit in please let me know.
