introducing myself...

  • Hi everyone. I'm from New Zealand and have decided to come and join your happy forum

    I lost some weight a year ago and kept it off but I need to lose more as I am pre-diabetic. I'm all ready for a new change and looking for another buddy. Would be great to have someone who is on msn so we can chat from time to time.

    I walk, or maybe it's a stroll, i certainly don't power walk and i am focusing on reducing sugar. I do good on water intake so that's one good thing!

    I am concerned about diabetes as well. Mom has it and 1 of my sisters was just diagnosed and the other sister is borderline...both of them are younger than me. I scheduled an appt w/ Dr. for my diabetes test. I need to drop lbs and lower sugar plus walking is my exercise of choice for constant activity. I think 2.5 lbs is a Kg...so it looks like your doing well with weight loss. Keep up the good work.

    1kg = 2.2lb. i did really well for a while and then got slack. but am full of enthusiasm to get things moving again. just drank 750ml of water with lemon juice in it to start my day. now i'll go feed the pets and have breakfast

    i need to put more focus on the prediabetes. i've been prediabetic for a while now and the weight i lost wasn't enough to stop it so i have to keep going...
