Congratulations on the 3/4 lb loss. Keep up the great work. Any loss is great. It is better to come off slow so it will stay off longer. Keep up what you are doing it is working for you.

Sorry to hear about your gain. But it could be water weight. When we gain I know it is very hard but we have to keep going and not get down. I know I do the same thing when I gain. But we really have to get away from focusing so much on the scale. I know I will probably have a gain this week to because I only ate good one day. But you know what I have worked out for every day this week. I have also lost inches I know this because I took my measurements and I have lost and inch in my waist, thighs and my hips. So the exercise is working. I am going to keep it up and just make better choices after today. We can all do this. I weighed in at the doctors yesterday and had a 2 lb gain over the past 3 weeks but I didn't let it get me down. I am trying to concentrate on me and you know what. We are the same lovely people no matter what the scale says. There is more to us then how much we weigh. I know we all want to reach our goals but I don't think that beating yourself up every week at weigh in is the way to go. I am included. I do the same thing as the rest of you do. We have to change that way of thinking and then we will start to lose.
Don't give up you are a winner every week when you keep coming back. We will all reach our goals someday by sticking together. I am so proud of you for all of your efforts and you should be proud of you to. You are a winner.

Glad to have you hear while you are waiting for your new arrival. It is so exciting having a baby. I have only one and she is great. I remember getting ready I was nervous and excited all at the same time. She just turned 3 in june. Spend all the time you can with him once he is here because the time flys by so quickly you won't believe it. They are a lot of fun and you will have your frustrating times to but you will do great. Let us know when he arrives. Glad that you are here with us and that you are going to join tops again after the delivery. I would probably do the same thing. It will be much easier to do after you are settled with the baby and all. Just keep eating healthy and not too much junk and you will do fine. I think that the reason so many people gain so much extra weight during their pregnancy is that they use it as an excuse to eat more.LOL It is hard because you are more hungry but we still have to make healthy choices. Remember you are feeding him with what you are eating. Would you give him a lot of junk food probably not.LOL If you need anything we will be here for you. I am having a picnic today that is about it. I have been working out like crazy this week. I was a little over for the calories that I should be having yesterday and just under the max for the sodium. That is because I ate lunch so late yesterday not until 2pm. I usually eat like between noon and 1pm. So I was starving. Then I had a little bag of cheez doodles and had a candy bar on top of it. So if I didn't have the junk I would have done great. But yesterday is over. And I am proud of what I have done this week. I feel much better about me like christie does. And I have worked out everyday. Yesterday and sunday I worked out doing the aerobics for 1 hour. I am getting in more of an aerobic workout also doing it for 35 min a day. I am getting my waist and my hips big time. All the way down my sides and my hips are sore. Which means that I am working them and they are getting smaller by measurments so that is all I am worried about. When the scale goes up at least I can say that I did accomplish something this week because my body is getting smaller. That is a big accomplishment for me.

I am so glad that you found yourself again. It is always good to do that. I can tell just by talking to you that you are a much happier person this week. Like you it is that time of month. It was supposed to be here yesterday and I am late so I will have extra water weight this week anyway.
It is much easier to stay on track when you are not so down on yourself and you can put everything into perspective. Moderation is the key. I have had so many people tell me this over the past few months and I just didn't listen to them. I was too busy trying to find a way to lose this weight and driving myself crazy and the scale up. So now I am finally listening. We don't have to give up everything we just can't eat the whole thing. A few bites of something is not going to kill us.
