    l--meat loaf, potatoes, green beans, 2 biscuits (i had a weak spell while training. in archery they say a poor excuse is better than none at all. i think that applies to eating, too.)

  • I really blew it today!

    Breakfast: oatmeal, apple, milk
    2 chocolate chip cookies

    Dinner: turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato, broccoli

    Then some popcorn, diet pepsi

    Then 1/2 cinammon bun and coffee

    then some potato pancakes and ff sour cream

    then a big red candy apple!

    I am stuffed full - but still looking to eat? What's up with that? so I am staying AWAY from the kitchen!
