For the ladies only.....

  • When you all started eating right and exercising more often, did you all notice a change in your menstrual cycle? Did it become lighter, or not come att all some months. I've noticed that my cycle is lighter this time.
  • Well, I'm pre-menopuase and have started over on my exercise/eating plan for 1 month and I did notice my period was shorter and lighter; not by much. Like I said, I'm pre-menopuase and at this stage in my life, I'm suppose to have weird body changes.
