Monday menu for Dec. 26

  • Let's get this party started!

    Breakfast: turkey sausage and 1 egg
    Lunch: not sure yet
    Dinner: big salad (with RF feta, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, garlic shrimp), cream of broccoli soup
    Snack: deviled egg
    6 bottles of water
  • Okay, back on track.

    l: (at in-laws) one slice pizza (pts), when I get home, salad, milk
    d: New Orleans Red Beans & Rice, some veggie, milk

  • Me too - I am "removing" the tray of cookies gf sent over - seems I am the only one eating them - I DON'T THINK SO!!!

    Breakfast: 2 pkgs oatmeal (1 plain, 1 banana bread), light cream, decaf coffee

    Lunch:?? hb eggs if home, veggies

    Probably going out shopping this pm: coffee and/or fruit salad

    Dinner: LO turkey, brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce, potato pancakes

    Snack: popcorn

    Dinner at the mall: 2 skewers chicken souvlaki, 1 big pita bread, greek salad w/olive oil dressing, rice, tzaziki dip, diet coke
    1/2 cinammon bun!!!!
