I am looking for some tips and ideas from others...and perhaps share some recipes as well with others baking with Splenda.
How are your results comming out? Tasting fine?
I baked some no-sugar chocolate chip cookies with Splenda the other day...they seem grainy and puffy to me. I used carob chips and followed the manufacturers tips on baking with Splenda but they still seem "interesting".
