Does anyone know what an "express meeting" is? I am going out of town for the month and the center there only has that type of meeting. Just wondered how they were different from the traditional ones??? Thanks.

They are shorter.

I think the whole thing, weigh-in and "meeting" are finished in a half hour total.

Thanks for the info Ally-oop and Ginaki. Sounds like just the sort of thing I need. I just want to be able to attend meetings so I stay in my weight range and not gain the whole month I am gone.
