You aren't really. They just have different nutritional values.
I might actually be eating more. I need to measure everything to see how much I'm packing in the mornings. Because I eat a
lot of cereal and grapes. Probably 2-3 servings of each. I eat constantly. I sometimes think the people around me at work are going to snap if they hear any more
chewing.
My three dietary quirks are that I don't eat after 6pm, always get 3 servings of dairy a day, and don't use artificial sweeteners. I don't know if any of those makes
any difference at all. I also drink 5-6 cans of carbonated water a day, but that's just weird.
