Didn't so much as fall off the wagon...

  • But got run over by it. Hi chickies, back again. Okay, I managed 1.5 weeks on phase 1, but hubby got taken into hospital, and although I am amazing, running round after 11 month old baby, running a business and dashing back and forth with his PJ's etc PLUS making my P1 meal plans was beyond me. It's all too easy to grab a sandwich or graze.

BUT..... I can (just about) fit into my target dress, so that's motivation to try again. However, I've now decided it might be a bit OTT for the occasion!

So, it's back to P1 for me Not having hubby around eating junk food it a bit of a help, and I'm going out to do some shopping today, so will try some of the yummy soups and stew receipes. Here we go girls!
  • Oberon, I hope your DH is OK, and that he will be home from hospital well in time for the holidays.
  • Oberon, please let us know how your DH does! You ARE a superwoman!
  • Hope your DH is better soon. Yay that you are almost there with the target dress!

  • I hope that your DH is doing OK! Please keep us posted.

Way to go on being just about ready for that target dress!
  • Hi ladies,

DH is fine. It's depression, so is in a bad way but he's in a special unit designed fro mental health, and seems to be doing alright. He'll be home for Xmas, but to be honest I'm not sure if it's the best thing for him, as last time he had a home visit he got worse and ended up going straight back. I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow, and so will be able to find out more.

Yup, target dress is just an incy bit tight, but the zip does up which is more than it did 3 weeks ago. Funny thing, the scales show virtually no loss.......
  • Oberon, I hope he gets the help he needs.. You are doing wonderfully in life and in gettin into that dress!!
  • Oberon, My prayers are with your DH as he seeks the help he needs and too you to continue doing all you are doing. You are amazing. Great going with the dress.
  • This time of the year is so hard on people; there is so much stress and pressure to be cheerful and in good spirits. I hope that your DH feels fine for Christmas.
