I am 28 years old and weigh 203 lbs. I bought Jillian's book because I love her from The Biggest Loser. My goal is to get to 135 lbs. My short-term goal is to be under 200 lbs by Jan. 1st. I have fought my weight all of my life, and I am tired of being "the fat one".
I have lurked on this forum for a while but decided to post today. I like the friendly attitude of this board, and I look forward to "talking" to all of you!
