I joined a gym today

  • and had THE BEST TIME!!!

    I only worked out for an hour, but felt so great and high afterwards. Those endorphines were really working.

    I love the treadmill with the tv set. Walk, lose calories and fat AND watch your favourite shows, nothing better.

    I loved watching TV while on the ellipticals and treadmills, it makes the time go by soo much faster.
  • I love the feeling of being stronger than I was before. It's hard to describe, but I can just feel my legs *propelling* me up stairs and hills and such. It's a wonderful feeling. I hope you come to feel the same way about the new body you're working on!
  • Well I went to they gym today, and yesterday (Sunday) and I worked out on Friday as well. This morning I actually woke up excited about going to the gym. I was shaking when I woke up and realised it was ENERGY!!! Usually I wake up groggy and want to go back to sleep! I feel fantastic and cant wait to go back tomorrow.
