i would really like a weightloss buddy but everyone here seems 20 or older! if there are any teens please be my buddy!

There used to be a teen board, but it got taken down for some reason. This board is mostly 20 somethings, so this may not be the best place to look. If you haven't yet, post in the BUDDY UP section. I am sure there are teens in here and that would probably be the best place to look.

Hey Alana - I believe the teen board was taken down because there were too many teenagers getting pro anorexic, encouraging un-healthy behavior etc.. You could try finding teenagers in buddy up or support, or just find a board that meets your needs.. Good luck!

Very few teens posted in the teen board. I believe that's also a reason it was taken down.

And you're welcome to post on the 20-somethings board anytime. I have teenage siblings so I'm not too far removed from that age group.

Goodness, you make me feel OLD! It wasn't THAT long ago that I was a teenager myself.
Anyway, in the absence of a teen board, I suppose that this is the next best thing (with a bunch of posters who are very health-concious and sensible!).

Shop girl, I did a search on weight loss & fitness forums for teens, and the ones that appeared to not be pro -ana/bullemia are the sites I am posting. Some of these had more of a general teen health feel to them with some postings on wl/fitness, nutrition, etc. Hopefully something here will help you or lead you where you are comfortable.
Also all of these are free forums I found. I know as a teen I did The Firm & was part of their forum, which has now been changed to a $10 per month forum.
