Hey ya'll, anyone remember me? I was Cinnymama, changed to this new name shortly before I left.

Well anyway, I'm Randi and I've found my way back after a nice long vacation Hoping to start lowcarbing again soon, just need the doctors approval and to get a plan going. In the mean-time, I'd still like to say hi and get familiar again with everyone.
