    Keeping track of it all

    breakfast-8-Cheerios, milk, apple juice, green tea
    16oz water-yep

    lunch-2-summersausage, cheese sandwich, apple juice
    16oz water-yep
    dinner-5-spaghetti , no veggies
    16oz water-yep
    snack-8-ww rits and cheese
    treat-1 cookie
    64oz water w\ cardio - 32 oz

    water goal 128oz- 96oz
    exercise-no - not feeling great

    tomorrows goal-planning meals, water, cardio

    journal- Off to a great start this week. I need to start showing a loss again before I get discouraged. I am not quitting. I will not! This week I will keep going at the cardio 5 days for 45 minutes.
    I didn't get my cardio in tonight. I have a tooth that is really hurting and finally broke down and took a vicadin so I am going to bed to sleep it off. I would like to do my 45 min in themorning before the kids get up so hopefully I am feeling better.

    Here is to another beautiful day!

    breakfast-9-Luna, apple juice
    so I finally went to the dentist before my face fell off and it is infected. I am on antibiotics and get to have 2 teeth pulled (my back molars) next Tues.
    I finally ate at 3pm. McD's! SICK! I had a cheeseburger and fries and I figured out I haven't missed it! It made me so sick!
    Danae had a christmas concert at school tonight and we were running late so I finally had an enchillada at 8pm.
    Very little water.
    A seriously WAY off plan day!

  • Thanks everyone! We started a thread called "I am incredible" on the 50+lb to lose group on JC. Just a few self affirmations that were really hard for me at first. Now I really enjoy them. Join me ladies. Get your journals ging. Even if you can't keep track of all the food or don't have time. It's a great way to go back and find patterns.

    journal-So far off to a way better start than the way yesterday ended! I feel good and it will be a great day!
    It's been a really good day today. I am trying to keep my strength up and stay motivated because Dan is leaving in the morning for hte coast again to work. I have SO much to do with company coming in less than a week. Hopefully I can get the painting done when the babies are sleeping. I will stay focused and get thru it.
