Hello everyone. Wow it's been about a year since I have posted and a lot of things have happened in my life. For those who don't know I am engaged and struggling to lose weight. I have actually gone up in the scale since 2004 and am getting to the point were it's affecting my relationship. I hope that you all will welcome me as support in your group.

Thank you all very much for your support. I actually just came back from the YMCA and joined up. I am very excited because this is a start to becoming healthy. I am also excited about getting married but right now we are just trying to save up enough money and take in mind I am also in school so we will see how it all works out mid 2006.
