And it made me realize that now, more than ever, I need to eat thoughtfully and plan, plan, plan!So that's what this thread is all about -- thinking and planning about how we're going to maintain for the rest of the month. None of us wants to be a New Year's resolutioner who wakes up on January 1 with ten bonus pounds to lose, right?
