I've been working out for sometime, and I'm seeing results.
The only things I do at the gym are 2 eliptical machines (one moves your arms and the other doesn't) and occasionally lift weights.
Does soing the same work out daily hinder your weight loss? Should I be using the stationary bikes are something else? I usually don't like to use other things because I don't get the same results as the eliptical. I almost die when I try to run.
I'm asking if my body is somehow used to the eliptical machine, and now maybe I need to incorporate other things into my workout?

. I've been doing the elliptical 3 days a week for a LONG time. It's the only cardio I do. In my opinion, "cardio is cardio." The goal is to get your heart rate up, burn off the glucose in your blood, and start tapping into your stored energy (body fat) -- so (again, in my opinion) it doesn't matter if you do the same cardio every day or not, as long as you're getting your heart rate up. I can't stand the stationary bike (or any other cardio machine for that matter) and I despise running. The elliptical is the only cardio I can do without going bananas.
Price is not a problem, but I have seen reports on even so called "high end" models getting consumer complaints. Just curious on your comments as you have been a long time user! Thx!
I THINK it's a Precor (or something like that).
