Sunday's Sustenance, December 4, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and a banana cooked in

    Lunch: Healthy Choice Split Pea and Ham Soup; grapes

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Salad with mushrooms, tomato, and Core homemade thousand island dressing; Roast chicken in my showtime rotisserie, Core mashed potatoes, and fresh green beans

    Snack: Hot tea and a Natural Ovens oatmeal raisin cookie (points)
  • I'm remembering to post my menu...yeah! This is my higher calorie day as I get up early for church, take a short nap in the afternoon, then work until 7:00am
    Breakfast:6 scrambled egg whites with 3 slices canadian bacon, small banana, 1/2 c. oats with about 8 blueberries
    Lunch:4 oz. baked lemon pepper chicken breast, small salad with no carb ranch, 1/2 c. pinto beans
    Snack:1/2 c. raw oats with 1/3 c. skim milk and splenda
    Snack:28 almonds
    Dinner:salad with fajita chicken and no carb ranch
    Snack:1 c. oats with 3/4 c. skim milk and splenda
    I believe this comes to 1850 calories
