Preparing For Wi Sunday!

  • Crossing my fingers that everyone will have a good WI! Drink lots of water today. And do some cardio.

    I did a YOGA class at work for the first time since I started there. And I was telling some of my employees that I was bummed that I didn't feel anything. She kept saying, oh you will tomorrow. I kinda didn't believe her. When I do cardio I feel exhuasted right after, kinowing I just burned so much cals and was sweating. So I KNOW it was a good workout.

    Well guess what? OH I FEEL IT!!!

    I changed my Tracker today in anticipation that it will NOT go up! I was at 153 and am down to 149!!!! That's 4 POUNDS!!! I am shocked! I worked really hard because I ate all that Thanksgiving food. Now if only I always had that ambition. Hopefully NEW YEARS will give me re-newed strength and dedication as well.
  • Dani we are thinking the same, I too am going to drink all my water today!! That is a promise.

    I will be grocery shopping and going to the mall so I will get a lot of walking in too, I'll try to do the mile at the mall.

    My scales are telling me I'm up to many pounds so hopefully this will shake things up. I am basically on the JC diet just had to make some changes but trying to stick as close to it as I can.
