Friday Menu, December 2, 2005

  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat with skim, splenda and a banana

    Lunch: LO Chicken barley soup and grapes

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

    Dinner: No idea yet but I will make a plan. Maybe pork chops on the GF Grill and maybe oven fries. I can walk Jim through the fries. Oh and of course salad and veggies.
  • breakfast: oatmeal w/ffmilk and applesauce
    lunch: egg omelet w/ff cheese
    dinner: pork chop w/ oven fries and a veggie
    snack: diet cocoa, popcorn, fruit throughout the day

    Am trying to keep away from unnecessary points this week. Already did a 20min. yoga routine.
  • Welp ... I had to have my coke on the way to the dr. office

    Breakfast: string cheese, FF pudding, milk
    Snack: dill dip and carrots
    Lunch: tuna sandwich on WhWh bread
    Snack: deviled egg
    Dinner: ground turkey burger (no bun), salad, milk

    And a ton of water -- hoping for 6 bottles (5 plus 1 to counteract the coke)
