Thought I'd start a new thread seeing as the other one was getting pretty big. Anyway didn't start off the month great but here goes

1/2 c AllBran Extra Fiber cereal (50cal)*
*1/2 c nonfat plain yogurt (60cal)
1 egg whites (15cal)*
1 whole egg (70cal)*
handful green peppers*
T salsa*
*banana peanut butter muffin (150cal)
Lunch:
4 slices baked ham (100cal)*
light english muffin (100cal)*
laughing cow cheese wedge (35cal)*
Snack:
*half cup FF ice cream (90cal)
*2 squares Swiss Chocolate
Dinner:
*2 bites pork tenderloin
*couple bites marinated chicken with diced tomatoes
*corn, black beans, peppers and onions mixed with salsa
Dessert:
slice frozen butterfinger pie (low fat recipe)*
*mini blueberry muffin
*bite banana bread
