  • Yummmmm.....I love Healthy Choice split pea and ham. Reminds me of the homemade stuff my Mom used to make. Maybe I'll have that tomorrow.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Some kind of salad with grilled chicken or ham off the bone; grapes when I come home from the restaurant

    Snack: Cherry garcia smoothie

    Dinner: I have no idea. Not a good thing.
