I cant seemt o find anywhere how many points these would be. Does anyone know the amount of points and a serving size?

okay i have a can of la choy rice noodles those are the crunchy noodles if that is what you mean they have 130 calories 4 grams of fat and less than 1 gram dietary fiber so they are 1/2 cup per serving and 3 pts per serving. hope that helps

Thats not too bad at all. Everywhere I tried to look at them said to stay away from them they are horrible, but they arent that bad hehe.
