I am the ONLY menstruating woman in a group full o' sweet ol' grannies and it's not fair to be dealing with this!
It's my first time reaching this point in my cycle (I just started a month ago) and I DON'T want to weigh-in today and see the gain (which I KNOW is bloat!).

Man am I pleased! I have been working out (sometimes 2 times a day) and really watching what I eat and it's working, despite my cycle!!!
