  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup chunky homemade applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: No idea

    Dinner: Olive Garden - Veggie minestrone followed by Marinara over ww pasta. I might splurge points on one garlic roll.

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

    lunch: tuna w/ffmayo and raw veggies
    dinner: pork chop w/ potato and peas and cream sauce
    snacks: popcorn and fruit as needed

  • Wacky eating day for me, but oh well!

    Medium coke from Sonic on the way to work ... yep, I sure did.

    Breakfast: 1/2 tuna salad sandwich on WW bread
    Snack: 2 thin slices of swiss cheese
    Lunch: 1/2 PB sandwich on WW bread (Simply Jif)
    Snack: Rotel dip with celery
    Dinner: Fish filet with steamed broccoli

    Also am drinking at least five bottles of water

    Dinner:Lemon pepper chicken breast and salad
