Breakfast Check in...

  • Ok ladies, I was ill yesterday so I was not able to start my diet and exercise, sooooooo today is the day....

    Here is what I had for breakfast already....

    1 cup Toasted Oats (Walmart brand Cheerios)
    1 cup Fat Free Milk
    1 mini box of raisins
    1 cup of Chocolate Soy Milk
    1 Banana

    Total of 406 calories, 3.2 grams of Fat, 74 Carbs, 19 Protein

    I also start my Curves workout today too....I can't wait.

    I was so proud yesterday, went grocery shopping and bought ALL health food, NOT one peice of crap food...lol

  • Got back from my first curves workout and OH MY GOSH....I love it....

    I dont think I have ever felt this good about myself in a LONG time....I even started crying to my hubby on the phone that I feel so good about getting my life back on track....

    Although.....I learned that I was being generous with my weight...I found out that I weighed 25 more pound then I thought I was....SHOCKED.....
