    OK...I fell off the proverbial wagon. Honestly I was ashamed to come back and tell you guys, but I need the support. I am so selfish..others need my support too...Anyway, I am back. I put on 2 pounds so I need to update my ticker!!!! Hope you all will make room for me!!

    Welcome back! I put on a few pounds over the holiday myself but we will get them back off.
