Hello all...I took a year and a half sabatical from 3 fat chicks and dieting. A lot has gone on in my life to distract me from my goal. In essence, I lost 45 pounds May 2004, and gained it back and then some in the past year. I can not believe how fast I gained it back. So, I am back. I updated my profile above. Not much has changed except my weight is now highest than ever. I will get completely serious about staying on a plan after the holidays, but in the mean time, I am cleaning up my act. Just wanted to check in, reintroduce myself and mostly lurk. Glad to be back with the ol'gang!!

Welcome back Monkeybabies - has it really been 18 months? I totally remember you, you were such a great contributor to the group!

Sorry you've gained back the weight you had lost - you are not the first and will certainly not be the last person who that happens to. The phrase ' there but for the grace of God' springs to mind!

Good for you for coming back ready to recommit - you've lost 45lb before so you can do it again - and then some!

I guess I can't get off that easy, eh? My boys are getting so big...almost 5 and almost 3. Not babies an more. We keep are days busy by going to preschool 4 days a week. (both of them...get a couple of hours to myself...what a difference). I am not working two jobs any more...you can only do that for so long. In fact, between child care and scheduling issues, I decided it was best not to work ouside of the home, not now. Really gotten into scapbooking...trying to tap into my creative side. And reading lots and lots lately. That is it for now. Oh yeah, we just got back froma week in Aruba. We all had a dazzling time! It is hard getting back to colder weather ere in the North East. Thanks for askin about us!
