Hi, my name is Robyn. I am 41. I am doing "this" again for what seems the hundreth time.
I am smart, witty, successful at every other aspect of my life exceot weightloss.
I wasn't abused as s child. I don't only eat when I am sad/mad/happy etc.
I, like many of you, have tried literally dozens of plans. Almost all work to some degree then for some reason, they and I fail.
My first battle with weight gain was after my daughter was born 23 years ago. Can I claim baby fat 23 years later?
I went from 130 ish -195. I think I remember getting back down to about 150. Boy, I thought that was HUGE.
I know in 1993 I weighed over 200 because I got a new job and needed their physical. I have ballooned to over another number I cannot even type.
I have some "issues" but they do not mean I have to be fat. I have PCOS and am hypothyroid, have back problems and hypertension.
I take .175 of Synthroid and 200 of Lopressor.
I go to the gym, walking mostly. I do not eat a lot of food. I work nutty hours and my choices are not always the best but not that much off track.
I know I have done my best when I tracked and journaled so that is why I am here.
I failed at finally being healthy at 40. BEing 41 is almost half over.
Thanks for reading. Wish me luck. Please help.
Robyn

Hi Robyn, you are very young to have a 23 year old. That must have been very challenging! I certainly do wish you and myself luck
on this health and fitness journey!
