    Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple

    Dinner: Mixed greens salad with tomato, mushrooms, and FF honey dijon; Turkey Thigh, Core mashed potatoes, and corn

    Snack: Crustless Pumpkin Pie with FF cool whip
  • Breakfast: scrambled egg, coffee with FF French Vanilla creamer

    Dinner: LO turkey veggie chili, salad and milk
