Thanks to to all of you who participate. It's so nice to be able to ask questions, whine occationally, and be inspired, supported and made to smile every day.

Thank you I'd also like to give thanks to the moderators that help keep everything running so smoothly around here. I can't begin to imagine how chaotic life would be without them! And of course thanks to all of the wonderful members here who keep things alive, full of inspiration and information, and make dieting fun

Brenda and all are so right in what is said here, so a big thank you from me as well to all the admin and moderators. You all put a lot of time in to keep it so nice here.
