heey newbie here:)

  • hey everyone!first of alli wanna wish everyone good luck and lots of patience on reaching their goals!
    i just have one question..i have about 5-7 pounds to lose...i know thats not much at all but do you think that SBD could help me by giving me a jump start?i knw that in the first phase you just tend to lose water weight but i mean does losin water weight also trigger fat loss in the future?would it be worth it of me to stick to this plan??i tried today but i realised i ate too little during the day since i started getting lots f cravings at night...and then i cheated..but its k i think ill start over again tommoorow because im really motivatredt o lose these last few pounds. any advice or tips youd like to give are appreciated...thanks a bunch!
  • SBD can help you by teaching you to eat healthfully and live a healthy lifestyle - that is the primary benefit of the SBD. You wouldn't likely see the same big weight losses that most newbies get during phase 1, since you have so little to lose. It will help with the cravings, if you stick with it and adapt it into your lifestyle. I strongly encourage you to read the book, so you understand the thinking behind it.
